Among the new dishes at the YAR restaurant are tiger shrimp carpaccio and sweet and sour plum, aromatic vitello tonato, salads with smoked duck, home-made grilled roast beef and straciatella, pike perch fillet with miso tonkatsu and caramelized eggplants and spicy Chateaubriand with sherry sauce and sweet potatoes.
